Cervical Stimulation    Posted on 08/29/2013

QUESTION:
PLEASE HELP! ever since i have been with my current girlfriend i have only been able to give her a clitoral orgasm on 3 occasions. (1 yr) we have sex quite regularly and it's great however she is only able to orgasm (apart from those 3 times) from penetration and contact against her cervix or deep within her. she seems particulary insensitive in the clitoral area aswell as her nipples. i often spend a lot of time performing cunninglingus on her and she enjoys every minute of it and i am able to bring her close to clitoral orgasm but unable to achieve it. even when she is extremely aroused her clitoris is rather small and her nipples are small and not hard. on the three occasions she has had a clitoral orgasm it has been so powerful for her that she has experienced female ejaculation which was pretty intense.

ANSWER:
It sounds like your current girlfriend is able to experience an orgasm, at least she has a few times with you. If you are defining orgasm as only from clitoral stimulation, you need to realize that women are capable of having a variety of sexual responses from various forms of stimulation.

It sounds like your girlfriend does have orgasm from cervical stimulation. Orgasm from cervical stimulation has been documented in laboratory settings, as has orgasm from imagery alone, G spot stimulation, clitoral stimulation, and from stimulation of non-genital areas.

Have the two of you discussed what forms of sexual stimulation she enjoys? Has she shown you how she likes to stimulate herself to orgasm?

Each woman is a unique individual and each woman responds differently to different forms of sexual stimulation. Women enjoy sensual stimualtion as well. Have you tried to include all the senses during your sexual play. And please remember, no one can give a woman an orgasm. She has to help and guide you.

It is usually easier for most couples to have sex than it is to talk about it, but it sounds like some verbal communication may help to provide you with feedback about what your partner enjoys, and provide her with the type of stimulation that is most pleasurable for her. Not all women experience nipple erection during sexual stimulation, as not all women enjoy or experience orgasm from stimulation of the cervix, or the G spot, or the clitoris. Again, each woman is different. You need to talk about what brings her pleasure.
